The new Paralyzed Veterans of America Vocational Rehabilitation and
Counseling Center, based at Bishop Henry Whipple Federal Building in St.
Paul, will empower paralyzed veterans with the important resources, skills
and tools they need to reintegrate into the job market while matching them
with interested businesses and organizations with vacant positions. The
Center, the second of its kind, is being established through an innovative
public-private partnership between Paralyzed Veterans, TriWest Healthcare
Alliance, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

At the press conference, you will hear from a paralyzed veteran who
will be one of the center’s first clients and from Raymond Kenney (U.S.
Marine Corp, Ret.) who “graduated” from Paralyzed Veterans of America’s
first Vocational Rehabilitation Center in Richmond, Virginia. Speakers
